The Team has voted in favour of the Lake Placid Tournament and here are the results of the

Our Next Steps

a. Registered the team into the tournament.
b. Determine the actual number of players/parents going to the tournament.
c. Determine the Travel Requirements and Costs ( Car or Bus )

2nd Fund Raising Meeting - Aug 14th
Second Fund-raising committee meeting to be held at:

St. Louis Bar and Grill
Tuesday August 14 at 8 PM

Need to move forward on ticket print distribution and approach to maximize sales (minimum requirement)

Ensure all previously assigned tasks are well understood and have momentum -everyone has a big part

Discuss possibilities for the event i.e. food, outsource vs insource

Communication to all members of the team

Banner letter should now be approved, distribution for non Ajax distribution
